Welcome to our luxurious two-bedroom apartment in the heart of R12, Pau 8, Villamartin. A short 10-minute walk takes you to the famed Villamartin Plaza which boasts many great Bars and Restaurants, and of course its beautiful golf course. The apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and two inviting south facing terraces ideal for dining or lounging. Ensuring your safety, our residence is situated within the secure R12 gated community, offering a stunning communal pool, lush gardens, and off-road parking.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, en-suite facilities, and premium air conditioning. The secondary bedroom, with two single beds and generous wardrobe space, is conveniently near a well-appointed family bathroom. Beyond the immediate comforts of our home, the pristine beaches of Orihuela Costa and the vast Zenia Boulevard shopping center are a brief drive away.
Our family's love affair with the Orihuela Costa region spans years, culminating in our discovery of Villamartin in 2019 when we purchased our very own Villa which we call our second home. This led to the acquisition and investment of this very apartment in 2023, and now we can now extend an invitation for you to create sun-drenched memories in our Spanish sanctuary
It is only a short flight from the U.K. (just over 2.5 hours) we fly into Alicante (ALC) or you can fly into Corvera airport Murcia (RMU), they are both approximately a 40-45 minute transfer to the apartment. We use Ryanair as it does exactly what we want and need but check out EasyJet and other airlines
