Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

  1. Booking and Payments: a. All bookings must be made through the DMS Holiday Rentals website. b. The Damage/Breakables Deposit of £300.00 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be returned after the property has been cleaned and inspected, provided no damages or breakages have occurred. c. The full balance of your booking fee must be paid online at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. d. A cleaning fee of £65.00 will be added to the total cost of your booking. e. If the full balance is not received 10 days prior to your arrival, DMS Holiday Rentals reserves the right to cancel your reservation and retain the deposit.
  2. Discounts: a. A 5% discount will be applied to bookings that exceed 7 days.
  3. Cancellations and Refunds: a. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. b. Cancellations made more than 10 days before your arrival will result in a full refund of the booking fee, excluding the Damage/Breakables Deposit. c. Cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival will result in a 50% refund of the booking fee, excluding the Damage/Breakables Deposit.
  4. Damage/Breakables Deposit: a. The deposit will be refunded after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. b. If any damages or breakages are identified, costs will be deducted from the deposit before it is returned. c. If the cost of repair/replacement exceeds the deposit amount, you will be liable for the additional costs.
  5. Privacy and GDPR Compliance: a. DMS Holiday Rentals is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). b. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of managing and following up on bookings. c. We reserve the right to use your contact details for remarketing purposes. However, we will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent. d. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data held by DMS Holiday Rentals at any time.
  6. General: a. DMS Holiday Rentals is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind after your stay. b. By confirming your booking, you agree to leave the property in the same condition as you found it, barring normal wear and tear.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and agree to the current terms and conditions at the time of booking.
